HOSA consists of local chapters and members who are currently enrolled in or associated with Health Science Technology Education Programs. HOSA provides leadership development and scholarship opportunities. HOSA members meet outstanding leaders in the health professions and education. HOSA members have the opportunity to participate and/or compete in area, state and national leadership conferences.
HOSA Membership is based upon GPA. You must maintain a 3.5 in order to be a member and HOSA will implement a points system this school year. Activities will will be assigned specific points and members must achieve a certain level of points in order to maintain their membership.
Cost: The fees are $4.00 for state & $10.00 for national dues, total $14.00. Requirements might be some afternoon or weekend projects or conferences or competitions through the week.
