Club Meetings will be virtual on TEAMS
The purpose of the club is to provide middle students with examples of how psychology is used in the world around us. Students will also be involved with a fins (hands) on lab experiment; Fish School, in which students will train fish in a lab setting to swim a slalom courses and play soccer by shaping their behavior (B.F. Skinner’s Operant Conditioning). We will also help with the Hoop Rats as well. We will conduct several studies so you can experience the experimental process.

 sponsor, Gene Cowart at cowartg@rcschools.net.
The proverb by Maimonides says “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” We would like to extend this by saying “Teach a student to teach a fish and they will have a real “fish tale”.
