HS Students, if you ordered a class t-shirt, you can pick those up during C and D lunches on Wednesday and Friday this week.  We have some extras we will sell during those times on a first come, first serve basis.  Class shirts are $23. 

Come on out to our Winter Choir Concert "Carol of the Bells" on Thursday, December 14th at 6:30pm in the CMS Theatre! Enjoy performances from our Show Choir, Varsity Choir, and Middle School Choir singing seasonal classics and more! 

Students- if you have a writing lab appointment today, don’t forget that we will be following an alternate lunch schedule. You should come during the lunch you signed up for, regardless of when that lunch typically meets. Check your email for more details, or email Mrs Eubanks with questions.  

HS Beta members: You can still earn points by bringing in cans for the food drive. -- the last day for the food drive and to submit the semester's points is 12/15.  

Anime Club invites all anime lovers to join us for a fieldtrip to Brother's Ramen! If you're a fan of ramen and anime culture, we invite you to a cultural immersion lunch on December 20th after our 2-hour school day! Please stop by Ms. Andrews's room (Rm 114) to pick up a field trip permission form! All permission forms and fieldtrip money must be turned in by December 15th! Open to the first 30 students to turn in forms and money! 

Central Students interested in Dungeons and Dragons: Join the new D&D Club to learn more about D&D, find groups, get news, and check out resources for your at-home games! It's free! The Club meets every Wednesday from 3:10 to 3:40 PM in room 239, but attendance is not mandatory. If you come to at least one meeting per year, you get full access to the Club's resources. The first meeting will be on Wednesday, January 10th, where you can learn about the club's procedures and vote for officers. To sign up, just find one of the flyers on the bulletin boards or go to the club's website for a link. We hope to see you there! 

There was a tie for the female 10th grade Homecoming Representative.  Sophomores, please vote in the runoff TODAY between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.  Go to centralmagnet.voting4schools.com to vote.  

It's that time again! For the homecoming activity this year, High School students are playing Volleyball! 6 males and 6 female players need to form a team for each grade level. Each team will be allowed to choose 2 coaches from the CMS Volleyball team, but only after their teams' forms have been turned in. You can find the permission forms on the Student Council website.  All forms must be turned in to your class representative by December 20th by 10 am! If you have any questions, reach out to your class rep. or Mrs. SK! 

The Lady Tigers got a huge win over Summertown last night 42-39. Addison Melton led the tigers with 14 pts , Madisen Stanley added 11pts , Bethany Jackson pitched in 10pts, Julia Stuible had 5pts and Reagan Brand pitched in 2pts. The Lady Tigers will be back in action at home on Thursday night vs Community.  

Your Central Magnet Men's basketball team dropped a 73-63 decision to the visiting Summertown Eagles last night after a cold second half of shooting. The Tigers were led in scoring by Mason Brown with 20 points, Jake Maddox had 10 points and 10 rebounds and Garrett Florida chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds. 

The Tigers will be back in action on Thursday night when they host the Community Vikings.
