After Prom tickets can be picked up this Thursday in the cafeteria during C&D lunches. Registration is still open online through Thursday. Central Juniors and Seniors coming to CMAP could win an electric scooter, Nintendo Switch O-LED, Beats Studio Pro Wireless Headphones, a iPad, a Smart TV, a Game Night package, plus another $1,000 worth of prizes! Register this afternoon using the After Prom link on the Prom Information page.

Auditions for the 2024 Show Choir will be Tuesday, April 16th from 3:00 - 5:00. See Mr. Germany's Website for more info

If you have not picked up your prom tickets, please see Mrs. Smith in Room 124 TODAY. All students must have a physical ticket to be admitted to prom. Even if you purchased through GoFan, you must still have a physical, paper ticket.

Students, we currently have a limited number of yearbooks remaining for purchase. If we sell out (as we did last year), we will begin a waitlist. If you would like to ensure that you get your own copy of the 2024 yearbook and are not waitlisted, you can order online using the information on the CMS homepage while supplies last. Open gym for Middle School Cheer tryout has been cancelled for Tuesday April 2nd. We look forward to seeing you at our next open gym on Friday. If you have questions, please contact Coach Burns in room 225.

The Central Magnet Tiger baseball team improved to 3-0 in district play with a 15-0 win over Lawrence County. Nathan Stewart threw a complete game shut out to win his 3rd game of the season. Jake Maddox was 2 for 3 with a home run and 4 rbi. Dawson McCrary was 2 for 3 with a home run and 4 rbi as well. Nathan Stewart, Will Becker, and John Roth all had 2 hits to help lead the offensive explosion for the Tigers.

The middle school baseball Tigers moved to 6 and 2 on the year and 4 and 1 in conference play with a 10 to 0 win over Whitworth Buchanan middle school yesterday.

Grayson LaRoy lead the Tigers going 2 for 2 with 2 RBI a walk and 1 run scored. Jason Dyer, Kason Puffer, Elijah Bonner, Braylon Dowell and Caden Odom all chipped in one hit each.

Carther Shelton threw 4 solid innings on no hit ball and Caden Odom closed with 2 innings of 1 hit baseball.

The Tigers play Thurman Francis Wednesday, Rockvale Thursday and West Wilson middle school Friday.

The high school softball team dropped a 16 to 5 decision on Monday night against Marshall County. The lady Tigers out hit Marshall County 11 to 5 Gracie Carmichael led the way with three hits and two RBI. Bethany Jackson, Meagan, Webber, and Paige Simmons each collected multiple hits. Tigers return to action when they travel to Lawrence County on Thursday afternoon.
