Auditions for the 2024 Show Choir will be Tuesday, April 16th from 3:00 - 5:00. See Mr. Germany's Website for more info.

If you have not picked up your prom tickets, please see Mrs. Smith in Room 124 TODAY. All students must have a physical ticket to be admitted to prom. Even if you purchased through GoFan, you must still have a physical, paper ticket.

The last After Prom ticket pickup is TODAY during C&D lunch in the cafeteria. Seniors can pick up their tickets at Senior Pig Out. Online registration for After Prom closes at midnight tonight. Don't miss out on your chance to win some great prizes by registering TODAY! The link to sign up for CMAP is on the Prom Information page on the CMS website.

You've heard of March Madness?  Now we have ACT Madness!  All you have to do is like a video and vote for CMS Latin Club. There are flyers posted around the school with a QR code you can scan!  Voting starts Thursday at 12, and if you have any questions, you can contact Elle Cumming, Dexter Trageser, Mason McConnell, or Magistra Henson.

Key club will be selling donuts on Thursday mornings in college corner. Come by and support Key Club.

Students, we currently have a limited number of yearbooks remaining for purchase. If we sell out (as we did last year), we will begin a waitlist. If you would like to ensure that you get your own copy of the 2024 yearbook and are not waitlisted, you can order online using the information on the CMS homepage while supplies last. Again, a limited number of yearbooks remain for purchase. See Ms. Quinn if you have questions.

Dance team tryouts are on April 10th and April 11th from 3:30 - 6pm. Information packet is on the dance team website. Email or come see Mrs. Givens (room 204) with any questions.

HS Cheer will sell smoothies on Friday. 

The Central Tigers High School Baseball Team won a thrilling game to remain undefeated in district play. With the score tied at 6 in the top of the 7th; the Tigers rallied to score 6 runs and win a 12-6 game over Lawrence Co. The inning was highlighted by rbi hits by Will Becker, Dawson McCrary, a 2-run double by MItchell Coons and was capped off by a big 2 run single by Collin Wind. Will Becker had 3 hits on the night. Jake Maddox and Dawson McCrary also had 2 hits apiece. Collin Wind picked up the win- coming in with the winning run in scoring position and getting the Tigers out of the jam. The City needed saving and fortunately for the Tigers they had Collin Wind to do the job. The Tigers will travel to Smyrna today to take on the Bulldogs in a cross-county battle. Gametime is at 6:00.
