Rules for Checking In & Out of After School Meetings

When students arrive at TableTop meetings after school, they should use a smartphone to scan the QR Code to sign in. 

 

Students will use another QR Code to sign out if they leave early, or after the meeting comes to an end.

 

Failure on the student's part to sign in or out once will result in a reminder to do so.

 

Failure on the student's part to sign in or out a second time will result in the student not being allowed to return for the following meeting.

 

Failure on the student's part to sign in or out a third time will result in the students not being allowed to return for the remainder of the semester.

 

Students must sign themselves in; students are not allowed to sign in any other student.

 

If a student does not have access to a smartphone, they must see Mr. Harper as they come in for the meeting in order to be signed in.
