Biografía
¡Hola! My name is Sra. Jessica Pinson. Although living in many different places, I am a born & raised Murfreesboro-ian! 2024-2025 is my 15th year at Central (17 years total) and I am so thankful to have your child in my class!
I have my undergraduate in Spanish and Graphic Design, as well as my Masters in Teaching of Spanish. My husband and I have had the wonderful opportunity to live in Spain, travel to numerous other countries, and organize trips through our department. The world has so much to offer our students, and I hope my experience and excitement for the language & culture can, in turn, motivate them!I love to run, be outside, garden, the STL Cardinals, and to drink all the coffee. My four kiddos, husband, dog, and cat keep me busy, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Over the time spent traveling and being a continual student myself, I've learned that giving your student the ability to speak as much in class as possible allows them to gain more confidence to, in-turn, build their fluency and betterment in the language. I love seeing them grow in their skills over the years!
