Classwork:
Students got feedback on their constitution FRQs and their Congress test (discussed commonly missed items and examples of "successful" FRQs. Then students began or continued a mini-lesson on the Electoral College. Also, Mr. Brooks took up items 1-30 on the Presidency reading guide.
Homework:
Finish the presidency reading guide. It is due Friday (I'll return your graded 1-30).
Comparative Government
Classwork:
Students discussed articles from the economist and two on-line articles about the Uighurs. If time permitted, they began partner-work on some China FRQs.
Homework:
Start studying RGs and class notes for next week's China unit test.
