 ANNOUNCEMENTS:

The College Board has made several changes in the AP program for the 2019-20 school year.  Students will now commit to the test in the fall.  Once they commit to taking the test they will have access to materials, question banks, progress checks and teachers will make assignments through their College Board accounts.  Therefore, AP tests must be ordered in the fall now to meet the College Board’s new requirements.  Registration for the 2020 AP exams will begin September 16 and will end October 31, 2020 for CMS students (Spring semester courses will register in January when those classes begin).  Late payments will not be accepted due to the College Board ordering deadlines.  The cost of each exam is $94, except Seminar which is $142.  If your student is currently on Free or Reduced lunch, the TN State Department of Education and Rutherford County Board are paying for the cost of the exams for you.  Your child will still complete the forms and register in attendance.  Students must submit the registration form and enter their information on the computer in the attendance office when they pay.  For more information about the AP exams see the College Board website:  https://www.collegeboard.org/
