1) Students viewed/discussed a video clip on the Federal Court system. Next, they began discussing/taking notes on the judiciary of the U.S. A. This is a multi-day lesson on how cases get to SCOTUS, how they are decided, and their role in the system of checks and balances in the three branches of the U.S. Government.
Homework:
STUDY any notes we took today. We'll test on the Judiciary next week before Thanksgiving Break.
