Classwork:

1)      Students analyzed/discussed commonly-missed items from Friday’s “Foundations of Government/Benchmark 1 Test”. Some students signed up for Thursday Remediation for more individual attention.

2)      Mr. Brooks assigned a grade to the “Constitution Questions” homework.

3)      If time permitted, students began their multi-day unit on the U.S. Constitution in which they will explicate this all-important document.

Comparative Government

Classwork:

1)Students discussed their Great Britain FRQs from last week.

2) Next, they began discussing Russia rg1 and creating a graphic organizer on Russia’s governmental institutions and well as its political parties, and Putin’s “power vertical”

3)Students got a copy of Russia reading/discussion guide #2.

Homework:

Finish 1/2 of Russia RG2 by Wednesday, 9-12-2018, and the other 1/2 by Friday, 9-14-2018.
