Classwork:
Students began the second part of the Congress Unit. First, students identified and explained the entities and/or actions in the House and Senate that can have effects on the legislative process. Next, students discussed, explained, and took notes on the amendment process in Article V of the U.S. Constitution. Finally, if time permitted, students analyzed, discussed, and took notes from text and maps in order to explain reapportionment, redistricting, and gerrymandering,

Students worked in pairs to analyze and create outline responses to FRQs on China (and Great Britain).
Homework:
Finish reading the Putin article, and bring it to class tomorrow with your annotations and questions.
