If needed, students finished discussing the dual court system of the United States (accompanied by a diagram and a video clip). Next, students downloaded a document on the Judicial Branch (ACTUALLY, DOWNLOAD IT AT 3PM TODAY) and began discussing it. The document, student notes, and the following "must know cases" will be on Mondays's BIG JUDICIAL UNIT TEST (12-9-2019) : Brown v. Board of Education (1954) New York Times v. U.S. (1971), Marbury v. Madison (1803), and Wisconsin v. Yoder (1972).
