A.P. U.S. Government
Students finished reading/analyzing parts/took notes on the Articles of Confederation in order to describe its failures and therefore the reasons for the Constitutional Convention of 1787 (and thus the creation U.S. Constitution ). Finally, they identified and discussed the compromises at the Constitutional Convention. If time permitted, they began explicating Article I of the U.S. Constitution for the latest unit on "The Congress".

Comparative Government
Classwork:
Students finished discussing the two articles on China and on-line articles on the Uighurs. If time permitted, they examined maps, discussed significant leaders, and viewed/discussed parts of a Power Point on China.
