Classwork
1) Breakdown United States v. Lopez (1995)
2) Breakdown Brown v. Board of Education (1954)
Mr. Brooks will take up one of the cases on Monday for Block “A” classes and Tuesday for Block “B” classes.
IF any student finishes early, they can breakdown Citizens United v. F.E.C. and then Schenck v. U.S. (1919). Nether of these two cases need to be finished for homework.
Homework:
Finish United States v. Lopez (1995) and Brown v. Board of Education (1954). I'll take one of them up at your next class meeting (i.e. "A" Block or "B" Block.
