2) Students discussed and explained "Selective Incorporation (A.K.A. The Incorporation Doctrine)".
Homework:
Review Tinker, Wisconsin ,NYT, Brown, McDonald, and Lopez. Also, review selective incorporation doc and Mapp V Ohio, and Plessey v Ferguson.
Study all SCOTUS cases and discussion notes in the Federalism unit. Test over all this material will be Wednesday, 11-17-21 for A Block classes AND Thursday, 11-18-21 for B Block classes.

Students discussed an article on the Internet in China. Next, they finished a timeline of significant events in Chinese history. Finally, they began discussing and taking notes on the one-party system and the institutions of government in China.
