A.P. U.S. Government: EVEN DAY

classwork: Students reviewed commonly missed items from the U.S. Constitution Test. Afterwards, they learned how to analyze a SCOTUS case, using McCulloch v. Maryland as an example. Finally, they continued analyzing, discussing, and taking notes on material from the civil liberties and civil rights unit.

homework: Complete a "SCOTUS CASE RESPONSE FORM NEW AND IMPROVED" (this MS WORD DOC is available for DOWNLOAD on my U.S. Government homepage) for each of the following two SCOTUS cases: U.S. V. Lopez (1995) AND Tinker v. Des Moines (1969).
