The following assignment is for those students who are in class and not taking an AP Exam and those who have not been dismissed. This is an in-class assignment only, which students will research and discuss. In this activity students will address the recent arguments and possible ruling in Mahanoy Area School District v. B.L. (a SCOTUS case on free speech).

 If time permits, students will read/discuss the following NYT article on President Biden's three-prong economic plan.
