Class Work:
Students finished discussing the document on the various political parties and their core beliefs. Next, they explained the differences between various types of democracy and various types of authoritarianism.
Any starting with democracy (see above) WILL NOT be on Wednesday's or Thursday's Quiz.

AP Comparative Government
Class Work:
Students continued their discussion on Comparative Government nomenclature, including, but not limited discussed the totalitarian regimes, fascism, civil society, political socialization/political participation, liberal democracy, what things undermine a liberal democracy and what things reinforce democracy. They also worked on some AP FRQs that focused on legitimacy, authoritarianism, and liberal democracies.
