Class Work:

Mr. Brooks modeled how to explicate a SCOTUS case. This will allow students to work independently on cases in class (Thursday and Friday) while Mr. Brooks is at the Youth in Government Conference with Central Students. Next, students discussed the five civil liberties clauses of the First Amendment, and the Second Amendment.


Homework:

Fill out  "Faboo SCOTUS Case Form" (one for McCulloch and one for Lopez) that you downloaded today from my AP GOV page. Again, finish McCulloch and Lopez before class tomorrow. READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE "Faboo SCOTUS Form". Both cases are in the document you downloaded from my A.P. GOV page yesterday (15 sl cases...)
