CLASSWORK:

Students took their Presidency/Bureaucracy Test  (4th and 7th periods). Afterwards they completed a classwork assignment interpreting graphs, maps, and text excerpts.

Read  "Gideon v. Wainwright" Know all the details you'd put in an explication. Only write it if you want/need to. Know it well enough to write a complete answer on Wednesday's (1st. 2nd, and 3rd) 4-19-2023, or on SCOTUS FRQ on "Gideon v. Wainwright. 4th and 7th FRQ will be Thursday, 4-20-2023. 

Download the WORD DOC entitled "Judicial Branch Civil liberties/Civil Rights
Read the selective incorporation" section in the DOC . Make sure you have a clear understanding of how SCOTUS uses it in Civil Liberties cases as you'll need this information on Wednesday's SCOTUS FRQ on "Gideon v. Wainwright
