*The Lady Tigers high school softball team finished their regular season team defeating LaVergne last night 10-0. Faith McCaghren with the win. Jasmyn Stanley was 2 for 4. Kali Penny was 2 for 3 scoring 3 runs. Abby Frazier was 3 for 3 with a double and 3 RBI’s. Caitlin Dodson was 3 for 3 w/ a double and 2 RBI’s. Natalie Peruzzi was 1 for 2 with 2 RBI’s. The Lady Tigers will host round 1 district tournament action on Thursday.

*The middle school Tiger baseball team opened the county tournament with a solid 5 to 0 win over Whitworth Buchanan Monday.
Adam Apigian dominated the yellow jackets on the bump giving up two hits with seven strikeouts and no walks.
Adam also lead the Tigers offense going 3 for 4 with 2 runs scored. Hayden Griggs, Will Becker and Jake Hogue chipped in with hits. Jake Hogue also had 2 RBI
