High School Science Olympiad is a team through which students participate in competitions covering various fields of science, like chemistry, forensics, biology, epidemiology, etc.- both testing and building at the regional Science Olympiad competition at MTSU in February. If this sounds like something you are interested in or if you are a returning member of high school Science Olympiad, there is an interest meeting that will be held on September 3rd after school in Mr. Burn's' room, room 132. We will cover rules, dues, and events at this meeting. If anyone cannot attend this interest meeting, please contact me or Mr. Burns and we will fill you in on important information. |
The high school art club is now being sponsored by Mrs. Struk. They will continue to meet in room 350 on "A" rotation. You don't need amazing art skills or talent to join. You just need to love getting artsy. Any high schooler is welcome to come check out the art club. |

The Middle School Varsity girls soccer team defeated Smyrna 10 to 1. 3 Goals scored by Julia Ann Hamilton; Reily Gusman and Claudia Mitchell had 2, while Josie Bush, Maddie Degnan, and Ayana Perry each had one. Assists were made by Claudia Mitchell and Reily Gusman with 2 and Maddie Degnan had 1. Mikayla Harris had 4 saves. The next game is here, Tuesday, September 3rd; game time 4:30. |
