| Attention all students. The Campus Fall Festival is happening on Friday, September 27 from 3 until 6-6:30 and you can earn service hours by volunteering to help out. There is a chance to also get roughly 4 maybe 5 hours depending on the need for clean-up after the festival. There is a need for 40 or so volunteers! This is for both MS and HS. | Congratulations to the high school girl's soccer team on winning the Smoky Mtn. Cup this past weekend. The Girls defeated Lexington HS 5-0, John Hardin HS 2-0, and Grainger HS 3-0. The defense was excellent, keeping a shut out all weekend. Ella Chesney, Ashleigh Clark, Brooke Dugan, Maria Kime, and Jenny Peters all scored goals. Hope Clark, Brooke Hamilton, Brooke Dugan, Megan Delaney, and Ella Chesney all had assists. |
| The HS JV and Varsity Volleyball teams defeated Cannon County last Thursday night. They are now 6-2 in the district. The JV team was led by Brooke Filaroski and Kaitlin Polly with multiple Aces each. On the Varsity, Chloe Marson had 6 Aces and 23 Assists, Meredith Page had 10 kills, and Cecilia Held had 3 digs. They play Eagleville tonight here at Central. Come out and support your HS Volleyball team. Students get in free. |
