High school students-all books that have been checked out to you for the first quarter are due by this Friday, October 4th. Please stop by the library sometime this week to either return or renew your books. Thanks!

Attention Senior Betas who filled out the convention competition survey! The placements have been posted to the website. To secure your spot, you need to pay your non-refundable $75 by Wednesday, October 2nd. Check out the website for more information.
Important reminder about Key Club's Fall Rally: If you would like to go to Dollywood with Key Club, you must turn your notarized field trip permission form and payment by this Thursday, October 3rd, to Mrs. DaSilva during C or D lunch in room 134. The permission form can be found at Club's website. No late forms will be accepted.
Attention HS students - Are you a thrill seeker? Would you rather knit a scarf or white-water raft through the mountains of Costa Rica? Does zip lining through the rain forest or horseback riding through a pristine nature preserve appeal to you? How about riding through the canopy in a cable car or surfing the Pacific Coast of Latin America? For only $2500 you can still join our CMS students next June. If you are interested, there will be a meeting in room 132 on Wednesday, October 2nd at 5:30. Please see Mr. Burns or Mr. Horton if you are unable to attend.
Anyone interested in trying out for the tennis team this season - there will be an "interest meeting" on Tuesday Oct. 1st at 6:30pm in the Senior Cafeteria.
The middle school girls cross-country team raced on Saturday and won the Sectional Championship. The boys team took runner-up. Both teams will be competing at the State Championship in Clarksville this Saturday. The top finishers were Emmaline Whitt, Lila Beth Strickland, Vinny Peck, and Elijah Fearns.
The high school girl's soccer team will host Page High School tomorrow night for Senior night. All Central students get in free, and while it lasts there will be free pizza for students. Our seniors will be recognized at Halftime.
