| This is the last week to register for the Seal of Biliteracy exam. The exam costs $20 and registration forms can be found in Mrs. DaSilva's website. If you have completed 2 years of any language, you can be tested. You don't have to be taking advanced courses. Also, if you are a native or heritage speaker of a different language than the one you studied in school, you can take the exam in that language. Exams are available in Arabic, Chinese-Mandarin, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, and Latin. If you have any questions, talk to your language teacher or go see Mrs. DaSilva in room 134, during C or D lunch. |

| Key club will hold an after school meeting this Thursday from 3:15 - 3:45 pm. This meeting is mandatory for everyone who's going to Dollywood on Saturday. We are also doing a trick-or-treat for Unicef. Every Key club member should have received an orange box and we are counting on your donation to help children all over the world. | High School students- check the auditorium doors and/or ask your teachers about the ACT and PSAT rosters. If you are scheduled to test this week and your name is not on a roster see Mrs. Huffman TODAY. The ACT for seniors is Tuesday and PSAT for 9th - 11th grade is Wednesday. Students will report directly to their testing room. Don't forget to bring a calculator and #2 wooden pencils! Good Luck! |
