| Fitness Club will be hosting Nutrition Coach Laura Lee Gilliand this Thursday during Club Rotation D. Mrs. Gilliand has helped multiple Olympic athletes with their nutrition and today coaches some of the worlds finest fitness competitors. Laura Lee will be presenting on topics such as: How to Build a Grocery List, How to Build Your Plate, and Mindful Eating Practices. Everyone is welcome so please make plans to attend this informative event. |

| Homecoming is on Friday, January 24th. As part of the spirit day, there will be a middle school and a high school variety show. Auditions for the variety show will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd and Wednesday, December 4th in the band room from 3:15 - 4:30. Sign up for your audition time on the auditorium doors.
