Did you know that as clothing decomposes it releases methane, a greenhouse gas that scientists link to climate change. When this decomposition occurs in a landfill the process produces even higher levels of methane. Stop methane production and donate your gently used coats to the Central Magnet Coat Drive. The Coat Drive continues this week with collections set up at both the middle and high school drop off areas. We will also have collection bins set up at Chili Supper Friday night. Our collection total as of Wednesday was 41. Our goal is 100+ coats so let's make it happen tomorrow!
