Today the CMS National Geographic GeoBee will be held in the auditorium during 1st period. The 10 finalists should report directly to the auditorium after announcements. The finalists are:

Any MS student interested in participating in the HOSA Lock-In should get required paperwork from Mrs. Lane, Mr. Patterson or Mrs. Gates (annex 345). Forms & money are due to Mrs. Gates by Friday January 10. The lock in will be Friday January 17 thru Saturday January 18.
Any student who is performing in the Homecoming talent show, and has not yet submitted their track to Mr. Click needs to do so immediately. Any student who has not submitted their track by the end of school Friday will no longer be performing in the show. Please email or talk to Mr. Click if you have any questions.

Hot shooting Cannon County took control of the game from the beginning on their way to a 70-33 victory over the Lady Tigers. The loss drops the Lady Tigers to 7-4 on the year.
The Central Magnet Man's basketball team dropped a hard fought game last night at Cannon County by a score of 46-53. The Tigers were led in scoring by Fant Smith and Kyle Messerly each scoring 9 points each (all of them 3-pointers) and Jayden Hernandez chipped in 8 points.
The Tigers next game is at Home on Thursday when they host Cascade with game time starting at 7:30.
