A fire can breakout with little or no warning. The more prepared you are, the safer you will be. Emergency supply kits can help you be prepared. Items to keep in your emergency kit include a flashlight, batteries, first aid kit, whistle, phone lists, paper,
pencil, water, and non-perishable snacks.
Due to school cancellations last week, the deadline for the writing lab application will be extended to this Friday. Please make sure your interest letter and recommendation are turned in to Mrs. Esberger by Friday.
6th grade field trip forms are due tomorrow. Mrs. Stanley has a few extra copies, and the field trip form is also linked on Ms. Davis's website.
Attention drivers ed students! Last week’s driving groups will drive today. This week’s driving groups will drive the rest of the week.
Any Middle School student that did not take the History Bee Quiz will be able to take it today during club time. If you have any questions, see your Social Studies teacher.

Lady Tigers went 3 of 8 from the FT line and lost a tough one to Giles County 34-30. Addison Melton led the scoring with 12.
Congratulations to the MS Archery Team for placing 1st and the HS Archery Team for placing 2nd in the Shot to the Heart Tournament this past weekend. Individually, CMS had 4 archers medal in the bullseye tournament. In the MS Division, Mikayla Harris was the 4th place Female, and Jaden Po’e and Taman Takayama were the 4th and 5th place Males.. In the HS Division, Journie Bobo was the 4th place Female.
Middle school softball practice is cancelled today. We will meet at Loveless tomorrow at 3:30 for pictures. Wear your uniform and bring your glove. Come see Coach Stanley for your jersey today.
The Central Magnet Tigers basketball team improved their district record to 4-4 on the season with a 64-51 win over the Giles County Bobcats on Friday night.
The Tigers were led in scoring by Micah Harris with 19 points and Jayden Hernandez with 13 points. Kyle Messerly and Alec Ingraham both chipped in 8 points each.
The Tigers hit 8 3 points on the night and made 17/23 free throws.
The Tigers will travel to Marshall County on Tuesday night.
