On September 28th from 4-8 PM, the Middle School cheerleading squad will be holding a fundraiser night at Chipotle on 2113 Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro. Any order placed during that timeslot will go toward supporting your CMS Middle School cheerleaders. Make sure to tell the cashier you are there to support our squad, or the funds will not go toward us. Are you interested in joining the Archery Team? There will be virtual parent meeting on Monday, September 27th at 5:30 pm. The archery team is open to both MS and HS students. The middle school volleyball team picked up a 25-11; 25-5 win Monday night over Lavergne. Camryn Faulk led the Lady Tigers with 15 aces. The win moved pushed their season record to 8-2. The JV team picked up the victory 25-17,25-11. Lily Stuible was terrific at the net, picking up 6 kills. Both teams will travel to Christiana Middle on Tuesday for a doubleheader. ---- Friday night will be 8th grade night, make plans to come out and support.
Congratulations to Rachel Chan! Rachel was the ladies’ low medalist (among public school golfers) at the PCA Invitational yesterday at Stones River Country Club. The Tiger Golf Team will compete in the district tournament next Monday at Indian Hills.
The Lady Tigers defeated Rocky Fork yesterday by a score of 7-1. Nicole Bryson was outstanding as she racked up four assists in the match. Lillie Bryant and Hayley Mangrum scored two goals apiece, while Catherine Zubkus, Breanna Gonzalez, and Landry LaPointe also drove the ball into the back of the net for a score. The team is back in action today hosting Rock Springs at 4:30pm.
