Juniors and Seniors:  If you are interested in joining the Science National Honor Society, please go to the website for the application link.  Applicants must have an overall GPA of 3.5 and a science GPA greater than 3.75.  The application link will be available until Monday, Oct 11th.  Please see Mr. Bonanno with any questions.

There will be a jazz and rehearsal for all interested high school band students today and the band room starting at 3:15 and ending at 4:30. We hope to see you then 

Middle school students interested in auditioning for Matilda Jr! Auditions are right after fall break. Vocal auditions are on Monday, October 11th and you must sign up for a time slot by going to the signup genius from the audition packet. dance auditions are on October 12th. You MUST attend both audition days to be considered for casting. Please make sure to look over the audition packet on Mrs. Sweet and Dr. Saxon's website. The packet includes all the information with the signup genius link and audition form.  

Any high school student interested in being stage manager or assistant stage manager for Matilda Jr., please see Mrs. Sweet by before October 14th. 

On October 2nd, the Trap team competed in its first AIM shoot. Nathan Painter placed first in his class shooting a 96 out of 100.  

We will be holding a virtual meeting for anyone interested in participating on the trap team on Monday October 18th during club time. If you would like to attend the meeting, please email Coach Jones for the link.  

The middle school cross-country team finished its season on October 2, at the State Championships in Clarksville. The girls team placed sixth overall, represented by student athletes: Catherine Zubkus, Odessa Chabot (shuh-BOE), Georgia McCasland, Ashtyn Patterson, Analyn Richards, Maebri Cole, and Keila (KAY-luh) Wegmeyer. The boys team earned state runner-up this year, only 11 points behind the winning team. Team members were Dexter Trageser (TRAY-guh-sir), Carson Phillips, Brady Barrett, Luca Guevart (gih-VAR), Will Clark, Benson Reavis, and Sawyer Evans. Three of our athletes, Dexter, Catherine, and Odessa, placed in the top 8 individuals and were recognized on the finisher’s podium. Once again – congratulations on an excellent end to your racing season!
