Homecoming is Friday, January 21st! We will be having a variety show. You can audition for the show by uploading a video to the flipgrid posted on the Student Council website. There is also a Form linked to the Flipgrid that you must fill out. High School and Middle School students can all audition.  Auditions are due by Friday, December 10th. Please see Dr. Hines or Mr. Click if you have any questions. 

 

Audition packets for the high school spring musical Mamma Mia! are now available for any student interested in auditioning. You can find the packets on Mrs. Sweet's or Dr. Saxon's websites, as well as the call board outside of the theatre classroom. Auditions will be after school on December 15 from 3:15-6:15pm. Callbacks are December 16. See Mrs. Sweet for any questions. 

 

The middle school drama department presents Matilda Jr! Performances are December 3rd and 4th @ 7pm and December 5th @ 5:00pm. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and are sold at the door. Come out and support your fellow students!  

 

The girls HS basketball team fell to 4-3 last night after falling in a close one to Community 47-43. The lady tigers were led in scoring by Addison Melton with 17pts, Olivia Hart had 16 pts, Reilly McMillan had 4pts, and Kaitlin Polly and Reese Carlisle each had 3pts. The Lady Tigers next game will be Saturday at Lipscomb Academy at noon.   

 

The Central Magnet Men's basketball team improved to 4-1 on the season with a 63-50 victory over the Community Vikings last night. The Tigers were led by Mason Brown with 15 points, Elijah Conard with 13 points, and Kyle Messerly with 12 points.  

 

Middle School Lady Tigers had a tough loss against Stewart’s Creek last night 31-28. Madisen Stanley led scoring with 11 points and Liana Reyes had 7.
