Audition packets for the high school spring musical Mamma Mia! are now available for any student interested in auditioning. You can find the packets on Mrs. Sweet's or Dr. Saxon's websites, as well as the call board outside of the theatre classroom. Auditions will be after school on December 15 from 3:15-6:15 pm. The Middle School Swim Team had a great meet at LaVergne High School on Saturday. Both the 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay with Chloe Roeder, Peyton Roeder, Alicia Moreno, and Evie Riley placed first; Evie Riley placed first in the 200 Individual Medley and 50 Free; Chloe Roeder placed second in the 50 Free and 100 Breaststroke; Peyton Roeder placed first in the 100 Backstroke and 3rd in the 50 Free, and Alicia Moreno placed 3rd in the 100 Free. Congratulations to the following swimmers who qualified for Regionals in at least one of their events: Evie Riley, Chloe Roeder, Peyton Roeder, Mady Oring, Ashtyn Patterson, Marissa Bratsch, and Alicia Moreno.
The Lady Tigers fell to a tough Lipscomb team on Saturday, 49-36. The Lady Tigers were led in scoring by Addison Melton with 18 pts, Olivia Hart added 12 pts & 13 rebounds and Kaitlin Polly added 6 pts. The Lady Tigers will travel to Maplewood Tuesday night for their first district game of the year.
