Writing Lab applications for the 2022-2023 are now available for rising juniors and seniors. These are due by February 14th to Mrs. Esberger in room 337. See Mrs. Esberger or your guidance counselor for an application form.  

If you are interested in participating in the National French Contest, please let Ms. Angel know by this Friday, February 4. It will be held in March and the cost is $5.

Students who received an All State or All State Performance honor have the opportunity to attend and perform at the TN All State Theatre Conference this Saturday at Rockvale High School.  Please take a moment to congratulate these students or give them a high five in the hallway! 

If you missed a chance to order a yard sign, you have another chance to purchase them this week.  This includes yard signs for the Class of 2022.  The link to the store is https://rocket.ist/CMS2022.  The store will be open until this Friday, February 4th.     

Middle school track practice for Thursday has been canceled due to the forecast. We will return next week on Tuesday. 

The Lady Tigers extended their winning streak to 13 in row after defeating MLK Tuesday night.  The Lady Tigers were led in scoring by Addison Melton with 15pts, Olivia Hart added 13; Kaitlin Polly and Reagan Brand each had 10pts, Reilly McMillian had 8pts, Libby Hines had 5pts, Bethany Jackson had 4pts, Regan Creasy, Ella Kate Harris and Rylee Pelham had 2pts, and Reese Carlisle had 1 pt. The Lady Tigers will play tonight at MLK and tomorrow night at Hume Fogg.
