Do you need help with your math summer work? Sign up for Tiger Time math tutoring using the QR codes posted throughout the school or in your teacher's classroom. Tutoring is available all lunches during 6th period in room 133 down the science wing.
All students will check out laptops if they need one during library orientation this week and next. If you'd like a laptop BEFORE your orientation lesson with your English teacher, you may stop by the library before school between 7:30 and 8:00 or after school between 3:00 and 3:30 any day.

The Central Chess Team will begin the year with open play and important parent information meeting on Monday, August 15th. Open play will be from 3:15 to 5:15 in room 132 with the parent meeting beginning at 4:30 in room 133.

We are searching for new mentors for the 2022-2023 school year. 8th grade students will mentor 6th grade students and seniors will mentor 9th grade students. Mentors are in good academic and behavior standing here at Central Magnet. Our mentors are model students. Auditions for the fall play "Play On!" are Wednesday, August 10th from 3:15-5:30pm in Mrs. Sweet's classroom. An informative packet can be found on Mrs. Sweet's website and extra audition forms are located on the bulletin board outside her classroom. You must be a high school student to audition.
