Tickets for the high school fall play are on sale online now! "Play On!" is a story of a theatre group trying desperately to put on a play in spite of maddening interference from a haughty author who keeps revising the script. Performances are next Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9/22-9/24 at 7pm and Sunday, 9/25, at 5pm. Find a play poster hanging somewhere in the school to scan the QR code to get your tickets in advance. tickets will also be sold at the door. $10 for adults. $5 for students

The middle school cross-country team competed at the Milton Invitational on Saturday. With 10 teams in the boys' race and 9 teams in the girls' race, CMS came away with 1st place in each one. Top finishers for the boys team were Carson Phillips and Brady Barrett. Then Catherine Zubkus and Georgia McCasland led the girls team to vistory.
All runners will be racing again on Tuesday afternoon at Rockvale for the Rutherford County championships, starting at 5pm. We would love to have some fans to come out and cheer.
If you are interested in joining the archery team, there will be a parent meeting on Tuesday, September 20th at 5:30 pm in the cafeteria. The middle school volleyball teams suffered a tough loss to Community Friday night. Varsity is 5 and 4 for the season, JV is 6 and 3. Jada led with 4 Aces, Lia and Lily with 3 aces, Norah and Olivia with 2 aces and Claire, Cad, and Emery all had 1 ace. We have 2 home matches this week to conclude our regular season play. Come out and support your lady Tigers Monday and Wednesday!
