Middle Schoolers! Do you love math? Are logic and problem solving your thing? If the answer is YES, please stop by the TIGER TIME Math Lab with Mr. Kinney in Room 133 during your 6th period study hall. Central will be joining forces with the MTSU math department to participate in the National Math Counts program. Interested middle school students can see Mr. Kinney during any 6th period study hall time to express your interest and get more information.

Next week is Spirit Week!
Join us on Tuesday for a tailgate before the high soccer game. The tailgate will begin at 3:20 and last until the game begins at 4:00. There will be cornhole and spikeball. Kona Ice will also be there! Students get in free to the soccer game, so come hang out and support the team as they play Tullahoma.
Friday, September 30th will be spirit day. High school will be playing dodgeball as the spirit day activity. The rules and permission slips are on the Student Council website. The first 4 teams from each grade to turn all of their permission slips into Mrs SK will be play. See Ms SK or Dr Hines if you have questions!
SNHS is hosting Professor Nate Callendar from the Aerospace Department at MTSU on Wednesday the 28th at 3:15 in the Senior Cafeteria. This event is open to anyone who is interested in hearing him speak, but for SNHS members it will be an opportunity to earn two points. You can earn one point for attending and one for bringing snacks or refreshments.

Tickets for the high school fall play are on sale online now! "Play On!" is a story of a theatre group trying desperately to put on a play in spite of maddening interference from a haughty author who keeps revising the script. Performances are next Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9/22-9/24 at 7pm and Sunday, 9/25, at 5pm. Find a play poster hanging somewhere in the school to scan the QR code to get your tickets in advance. tickets will also be sold at the door. $10 for adults. $5 for students

Attention all middle school students! The audition packet for The Little Mermaid Jr is now available on Mrs. Sweet’s website for those who are interested in auditioning. There will be a brief informational meeting about auditions at the beginning of CT on Monday morning in Mrs. Sweet’s room: Annex room 344. A fire can breakout with little or no warning. The more prepared you are, the safer you will be. Once you evacuate due to a fire, NEVER go back inside a burning building. Once out, stay out. Firefighters will rescue anyone who needs help.
The HS girl's basketball team is looking for a manager for this season. The manager would have various responsibilities in helping with the team. Please see Coach Bush if you are interested.

Any middle school girls interested in playing softball for the spring season is encouraged to fill out an interest survey. This survey can be found on Coach O'Hara teacher page under links or you can stop by her office located in the gymnasium. No previous playing experience is required! Please fill out this survey by Friday, Sept 30. Season information is forthcoming!
Attention Middle Schoolers. If you are interested in participating in the kickball games next Friday during Spirit Day, you must get a form from your Social Studies teacher today. All completed and signed forms must be turned in to Mrs. Kime by end of school day on Tuesday, September 27th. As permission slips are turned in, members are assigned to teams until all spots have been filled.
