Tomorrow is “See you at the Pole”. FCA will be hosting a special meeting and a short devotion will be delivered. Come out at 7:25 in front of the school for prayer and doughnuts! See you there!

SNHS is hosting Professor Nate Callendar from the Aerospace Department at MTSU on Wednesday the 28th at 3:15 in the Senior Cafeteria. This event is open to anyone who is interested in hearing him speak, but for SNHS members it will be an opportunity to earn two points. You can earn one point for attending and one for bringing snacks or refreshments.

Student Council is selling Central Magnet yard signs.  There are over 20 different designs that include fine arts, sports teams, and general Central signs.  There is a design for congratulating the Class of 2023.  We even have a sign for grandparents! Check out the store at https://rocketshirts.chipply.com/CentralMagnetSigns/.  The store will close this Friday, September 30th.

High Schoolers!  You have until Friday to order your class shirt.  Go to https://rocketshirts.chipply.com/CMClassShirts/ to purchase the shirt for your students' grade-level.  This store will also close this Friday, September 30th.

Students planning on getting their Driver's Permit over Fall Break, please remember  you must have a signed SF1010 form from the Attendance office.  Thank you.

Seniors:  There will be a virtual financial aid meeting with FAFSA directions on Tuesday Sept 27 at 6:00.  A zoom link will be emailed to students and parents.

Attention All Students:    As usual, we will have Reading Rooms available this Friday during the pep rally, mid-morning activities, and afternoon activities.  The Middle School sign up sheets are posted upstairs by Ms. Hale’s room and High School sign up sheets are posted on the auditorium doors.  When you sign up, please print your name NEATLY and MAKE NOTE OF WHICH ROOM you will report to.

Students should not need to go anywhere while in the reading rooms (except the restroom). This is not a punishment but is rather an opportunity for students who enjoy a quieter atmosphere to avoid the noise and crowds of Spirit Day. Once a student is in the room, he or she is to remain there until the next activity.

Congratulations to Owen Zubkus who ended another impressive post season run yesterday at the Regional Tournament. Owen led the Tigers in every match this year and will return for his senior season in 2023.

The Lady Tiger Golf Team became the first in school history to win their regional championship and earn a trip to the TSSAA State Championships next Thursday and Friday in Sevierville, TN. The Tiger ""Young Guns"" were led by 8th grader Lauren Powell's 76, and freshman Ellie Schmackle fired an 83 to give the girls a team score of 159, beating second place Rockvale and Lincoln County by 12 strokes. 8th grader Anna Powell fired an 86 which means any combination of these girls' scores would have won Central Magnet the championship. Good luck next week to the Lady Tiger Golfers!"

Any middle school girls interested in playing softball for the spring season is encouraged to fill out an interest survey.
