Attention seniors! After the ACT on Tuesday, October 18th, you may be dismissed from school if you have parental permission. Forms for your parents to sign will be handed out and collected in your English classes. Due to the number of students dismissing, we will not be able to accept calls or texts after completion of the test. Please have your parents sign the form and return by Friday, October 14th. 

College Corner will host Auburn University on Tuesday, Oct. 18 during C and D lunches. Stop by and learn more! 

Rho Kappa - Honor Society for Social Studies is currently accepting applications for this school year. All applicants must have taken two AP Social Studies courses and have a 3.0 GPA. Applications can be found on Mr. Eldridge's website under the Rho Kappa tab. Be sure to print out the completed application and submit a copy of your transcript no later than 10/28/2022 

The International Thespian Society is hosting its first ever Haunted House event! The haunted house will be the weekend of October 14-16 from 7-9 pm all three nights. It will take place in annex and lead out into the courtyard, where there will be face painting and a themed bake sale with MTSU chocolate milk! It is $7 for admittance to the haunted house. This is sure to be one spooky, scary haunted house! you don't want to miss this!!  

The Cake Decorating Club will meet Tuesday, October 18, after school from 3:00-3:25 in room 240. You do not need to bring anything with you. This is strictly voluntary. Everyone should be picked up by 3:30 in the middle school drop off area.  

6th and 7th graders- please check your email to see if you have been invited to Jr. Beta!  

Club pictures are being taken today in the gym. Please be sure to leave class 1-2 minutes early so that you arrive at the correct time. These pictures will be taken at the exact time they are scheduled, so if you are late, you will miss your opportunity to be in the club picture. It is also important that you know before leaving class which camera will be taking your club picture. You can find all this information on the schedule that is posted on the CMS homepage. 

The high school girl's soccer team fell in overtime to Page HS in the district championship last night.  At the match the following players were recognized as All district- Mckayla Nolan, Jill Londre, Rose Drowota, Brooke Hamilton, Reily Gusman.   The following were recognized as All- Tournament- Avery Stojakovich, Mckayla Nolan, and Shelby Clark.    The district selected Julia Ann Hamilton as the District Offensive MVP and Shelby Clark as the District Defensive MVP.  The girls move on to the Region semifinal at Sycamore next Tuesday.
