The Writing Lab application window has been extended through Friday, February 3rd. Applications can be found on Mrs. Eubanks's school website. Please make sure that you get BOTH your application and letter turned in by the end of the day on February 3rd. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications should be turned in to Mrs. Eubanks in room 104. 

SENIORS - If you have earned or are STILL WANTING to earn the Seal of Biliteracy, come to room #221 at 3:15 on Thursday, Feb. 2nd to fill out the mandatory paperwork with Ms. Dixon.  Without completed paperwork, you can't receive the Seal. 

Juniors, registration for the ACT Boot Camp is now open.  The Boot Camp includes 6 sessions: an all-day Saturday boot camp with focus on navigating the test, tips for success, and content specifics and 5 after-school study workshops.  The program is free to all participants.  The 120 spots available will be filled by juniors first in preparation for the state-wide ACT taken by all 11th grade students on March 7th.  The deadline for registration is February 15. Enrollment will be opened up and filled by to other grade levels after this deadline.

SENIORS in the National Spanish Honor Society - The $12 for your graduation cords is due by Feb. 15th. Your hours also need to be finished (or scheduled to be finished) by that date. Please bring to Ms. Kime or Ms. Pinson as soon as you can. ¡Gracias! 

 SNHS is hosting Ms. Royal to talk about genetics on Wednesday, February 8th. The event will take place during CT in the Senior Cafeteria. This is open to anyone, but club members can earn one point for attendance and one point for bringing snacks or refreshments.  

DECA is hosting a Middle School Dance on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.  

Tickets will be sold at the door for $10.

We will have a DJ, photo area and concessions will be sold in the senior lunchroom.  

High School Students, are you interested in a summer job? The city of Murfreesboro will be set up in college corner Tuesday, February 7 during C and D lunch to share the opportunities they have available.  

Juniors, check your school email for information from the counselors about registration appointments. 

High school students that are in AP Macro, AP Micro or AP Government this semester need to pay for the test in attendance or online by Feb. 28. 

Smoothies will be available during all 4 lunches this Friday. 

Because of the weather and and missing school, Middle School Boys Soccer tryouts will now be on Monday and Tuesday. Tryouts will begin at 3:15 and end at 5:00pm.
