French fact of the day: French WW2 general and 5th Republic president Charles de Gaulle once famously said, "How can anyone govern a nation that has two hundred and forty-six different kinds of cheese?" But France actually has over 1,000 different types of cheese, made in a country about the size of Texas. Bon appetit!!!"
