The Board Game Club is back and now meets every Thursday after school in Room 126! Come on by and bring a friend or two because the more people we have the more games we can play!
Applications are now open for students who will be in grades 8-12 for the Discovery Center's Young Leaders Council. This is an opportunity to develop leadership skills, networking, skill building, creative thinking, mentorship and project development. Students will join YLC Committees and work together to develop and manage a Discovery Center Special events project and event day. Please see your counselor for the application.

The high school men's soccer team moved to 2-0 in district play with a 2-0 win over Lawrence Co. Jacob Gardner opened the scoring off an assist by Jace Traughber. Jace also drew a PK and converted the penalty. Isaiah Phillips had two saves in goal. The boys host Riverdale tonight here at Central at 5pm with JV to follow.
The Middle School Boys Soccer team suffered a tough loss yesterday to Rock Springs. The team lost by a score of 4-2. Scoring the 2 goals for the team was Evan Guevart. The JV team won an exciting game with a score of 3-2. Scoring goals for the Tigers were Felix Jeong with 2 goals and Luke Jones with the game winning goal. The Tigers play at home tomorrow against Christiana. Come out and support the team. All CMS students are invited and will get in the game for free.
