Permission to leave after AP exam forms will be handed out on April 24th. These forms are due to attendance by May 3rd. These forms will allow you to leave after an AP test or come in late prior to an afternoon test. We are unable to accept phone calls and texts. These forms will also be available in the attendance office and on the website.

9th - 11th graders: All high school library books are due today, May 3. After inventory is complete, any student that would like to check out for the summer needs to fill out the form by scanning the QR code on the library website or the one posted on the library doors.
All school issued laptops and chargers are due on Wednesday, May 8 or Thursday, May 9 for 10th and 11th graders. Please plan to return your laptop and charger when you come to the library with your English class. If for some reason you need your school issued laptop later than the due date, please email the librarians to let them know.

Attention all Juniors! The field trip forms for the Holiday World field trip on Wednesday, May 22nd are now available. You can get them from attendance, from Mr. Harper in room 128, or from your English teachers. All forms are due back to Mr. Harper by Wednesday May 15th with NO extensions. The middle school First Priority club is collecting items for the Samaritan's Purse. Small toys, pencils, notepads and hygiene items will be sent to students in need. You can bring your donations to Mrs. Taylor's room or Mrs. Tipton's room April 29th thru May 3rd.

We are searching for new mentors for the 2024-2025 school year. 8th grade students will mentor 6th grade students and seniors will mentor 9th grade students. Mentors are in good academic and behavior standing here at Central Magnet. Our mentors are model students. Are you a high achieving rising junior or senior? Do you like science? If so, Science National Honors Society applications for next school year have begun, and they will be due Monday, May 13th. Vote for the 2024 - 2025 High School Student Council officers today! Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors can vote for their class officers. 6th - 11th grade can vote for Student Body officers. The link is on the Central website. Voting is open until 1:30 pm.
