Today is fall picture day! High school students, your schedule can be found on the CMS homepage. This year, you will report to the gym for pictures based on your last names, and you should leave your classrooms at the times listed on the schedule. Again, high school students should leave classrooms at the times listed on the schedule, not before.
Middle school students, your pictures have been scheduled through your teachers. 8th-grade students will be taking pictures during 1st period, 7th-grade students will be taking pictures during 2nd period, and 6th-grade students will be taking pictures during 3rd period. Your teachers have access to this schedule.

Next week, September 16-20, is National Voter Registration Week. Rho Kappa members will be helping register Seniors who will be 18 before November 5th. Please see Mr. Eldridge or any Rho Kappa member for more information.
H.O.L.A. is selling Aguas Frescas next Monday and Wednesday during lunch. They are homemade and delicious. You may choose between limonada, jamaica and horchata. Everything is $4.

Students taking this ACT this Saturday, Sept. 14: remember you MUST have a photo ID to take the test. You will NOT be admitted without a photo ID or a signed photo form. Please bring your ACT ticket and calculator, as well. See your counselor if you have questions. Doors will open at 7:30 at CMS.
The next College Corner visit will occur on a different day due to students being out of school on Tuesday. On WEDNESDAY, Sept. 18 a representative from Yale will be here to answer any questions you may have and to share information during C & D lunches. Please stop by and see him!
There will be an archery parent and informational meeting on Monday, September 23rd at 5:30 in the main cafeteria. Please try to attend as I will be discussing how to get signed up for archery, practices, tournament schedule, expectations and much more.
Need service hours? It's time for the Discovery School's annual Fall Festival. The event will take place at Discovery School on September 26th. They are in need of volunteers to help with a variety of tasks, including setup and teardown. There is a signup link on the service opportunities tab on the Advisory website. There will be a volunteer check in table setup for students at the festival to receive their exact assignment and supervising adults will be able to sign off on any volunteer hour forms. High school volleyball traveled to Unionville and picked up the 3-0 win over a very good Community team.

JV lost a heartbreaker in 3 sets. Lily Stuible had 8 kills and Allie Copeland had 8 assists.
