Come join us for the Spring Choir Concerts on April 15th and 17th! Our Middle School concert ""Elemental"" on April 15th features music about the elements that rule our world. We will also have a silent auction before the concert.
Our High School Concert ""Liminal Space"" on April 17th features music about change, growth, and transition. Both concerts at 7pm and entry is free!
High school students! Do you enjoy singing pop songs or show tunes? Do you love to dance and sing? Come and audition for the Central Magnet Show Choir!! This exclusive ensemble performs pop, rock, jazz, and musical theatre along with choral music.
Auditions are May 1st from 3:00 - 6:00 in the choir room (339 in annex). Come prepared to sing 1 minute of a musical theater or pop song with a karaoke track and come dressed to dance!
On Saturday, CMS students participated in the Tennessee History Day competition in Nashville on the campus of Tennessee State University. CMS had its most successful showing! First place participants will be going to the national competition in College Park, Maryland in June.

Karunya Vudattula campaigned for a state office position and won! We have the 25-26 TN HOSA state secretary here at Central! Congratulations Karunya!
Attention middle schoolers: First Priority is hosting a "worship night" this upcoming Friday from 3:30-4:30 PM in the cafeteria. The theme is neon - so wear your favorite neon colors, and be ready to sing some songs! We hope to see you there!
The Central Middle School Varsity Boys Soccer team defeated Rock Springs Varsity 6-1. Luke Jones scored a hat trick, Lucas Ye scored two goals, and Evan Guevart scored a goal for the Tigers. Tobi Abebe had 3 assists. The JV Tigers defeated Rock Springs JV 2-1. Jeremiah Bryson scored two goals: an equalizer and the game winner.
The high school softball team picked up a 21-10 victory over LaVergne on Friday. Sophia Croasdaile led the way going 4 for 4 with 4 RBI, 4 Runs scored, and 2 doubles. Elle Cumming was 2/5 with 3 RBI and a double. The victory pushed this years win total to 5, which helped the team reach one of their early season goals.
On Monday night the lady tigers traveled to Pope John Paul II and suffered a 13-8 defeat. Senior Megan Weber was 4/4 with 3 RBI. Junior Hayley Mangrum also had a huge game picking up 3 hits, including a double and RBI.
The lady tigers return to action tonight at home against district foe Giles County at 5:30.
