Our High School Concert ""Liminal Space"" on April 17th features music about change, growth, and transition. Both concerts at 7pm and entry is free!

Attention Current 8th Grade BETA Members returning to CMS next year: HS Beta is opening up the application for you to join HS Beta. This is an exclusive offer to you and will give you the ability to compete and go to convention next year. Applications and teacher recommendations are due to Mrs. SK (Room 116) by May 5th. The high school men's soccer team opened up district play Tuesday night with a 3-1 win over Lawrence Co. JT Parkerson led the way with a goal and an assist. Jacob Gardner had a brace on the night and Landon Scraggins and Jao Vongsavath had assists. The boys continue district play tonight at Tullahoma.
For the second straight night the Central Magnet Tiger baseball team and Franklin Co played extra innings. And for the 2nd straight night the Tigers were victorious- this time winning 6-5 in 9 innings. Elijah Bonner was the winning pitcher going 8 strong innings. Bonner also had 3 hits and was intentionally walked and drove in 2 runs. John Roth, Thomas Sesler, and Joseph Rowell all had 2 hits. Franklin Co had the bases loaded down one when Jensen Spry made a Sportcenter worthy diving catch to save the game and double the runner off 2b. Braylon Dowell got the save as the Tigers pick up their 11th victory of the season. The Tigers are back home today with a 4:30 start against Smyrna.
The high school softball team defeated Cannon County Wednesday night 16-4, behind an offensive explosion. Sophia Croasdaile and Megan Weber each had 4 hits each, driving in 3 and 2 runs respectively. Taylor Nickerson and Sam O'Dell each had 3 hits. Charlee Denney picked up the win in the circle scattering 3 hits and 3 earned runs over 4 innings. The lady tigers return to action tonight with a game at Tullahoma.
