DECA will be hosting a Middle School Fall Dance on Friday, October 24, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.
Admission is $10 and tickets will be sold at the door. Concessions will be sold as well. Come ready to dance and celebrate with your friends!

Any current 10th or 11th grader who is interested in applying to Governor's School should attend the interest meeting on Friday, October 17 during RTI (10:45-11:20) in the auditorium.

Archery Team members and prospective members: please make sure you are complete in your Final Forms and have completed all the forms so that you can participate in practices starting in the next week. As a reminder, all forms and information can be found on the Archery Website under the Athletics tab on the main CMS school page. Please see or email Coach Rundberg in room 126 with any questions.
New Archers: Mandatory Practices will be held next week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday right after school until 5:30pm. You MUST be present all three days so please be sure you have transportation and are ready to practice on those days.
Lauren Powell, Anna Powell, and Emery Mitchell competed in the 2025 TSSAA State Golf Championship in Sevierville over fall break. They came from behind to tie for first place on day 2, and finished runners-up after a playoff. Lauren Powell won 2nd medalist with a 146 on 36 holes. You can vote for Lauren for DNJ Athlete of the Week if you'd like. The ladies work extremely hard to get to this high level of competition, and the Central Magnet family is very proud of them.
