Today is Club Picture Day in the gym. You can find the full schedule on the CMS homepage, and your teachers have copies as well.
A few really important reminders:
#1: There will be four cameras in use at the same time. Make sure you know which camera number your club is assigned to before you leave class so that you know exactly where to go.
#2: Pictures will be taken exactly AT THE TIME listed on the schedule. If you are late, you will miss your chance to be in the photo.
#3: You should leave class 2-3 minutes before your scheduled time, but no earlier. Pictures will NOT be taken early, so if you arrive more than a couple of minutes ahead of schedule, you will be sent back to class.
#4: You must create an e-hall pass every time you leave class for pictures. It’s labeled “Club Pictures” and will likely be set up as an auto pass in most classes.
Ms. Quinn will be in the gym if you have any questions.
