Students from DECA are doing a bake sale this Thursday and Friday during all lunches to raise money for their events. They will be selling cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and more! So, come by during lunch and support them.
The Central Magnet Chess Team will have an open practice on Monday, November 17 at 3:15pm in room 132. New and experienced players are all welcome. A mandatory parent informational meeting will follow from 4:30 to 5:15pm.
Freshman Lyndsi Weber is leading a drive to collect coats, blankets, hats, gloves and other new and gently used winter items for the homeless in Murfreesboro. You may drop these off in the labeled bin in the front lobby. Donations may be turned in now through Friday, November 21.

We will have two separate shows (one for middle schoolers and one for high schoolers) that both take place during the school day on Homecoming Day – Friday, January 16, 2026.

Central Magnet stunned the District 6 bowling world yesterday in defeating Stewarts Creek, 17-10. The Tigers were led by Ryder Hoffman's 203, Jason Dyer's 208, and a high score of 214 bowled by Matias Carmona-Perez and Parker Lindquist. Micah Bennett and Hunter Shadrick also contributed to the victory.
